Pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of Section 6 of the Dog Act, it is hereby declared that Marsh Lake Subdivision, McClintock Bay Subdivision East and McClintock Bay Subdivision West, in the Yukon Territory, are areas within which no dog is permitted to run at large.
