teamwork \Team"work`\, n. Work done by a number of associates, usually each doing a clearly defined portion, but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole.
Cooperative effort by the members of a group or team to achieve a common goal.

We all can be proud to be part of this team at Marsh Lake Emergency Services, Young or Old, New or Veteran, WE ALL are Members of a Phenomenal Professional Team that works together  to achieve many common goals. Some of us wear Blue Jump suits, Heavy Yellow Bunker Gear,  Orange Wild-land Coveralls and some times PFD Survival suits, or personal civilian clothes Some stand at home holding a radio and/or telephone to be the lifeline and link to the support beyond the scene of action, Others do administration, Raise funds or awareness or are there to pass out a warm coffee and moral support. ( not to forget sandbagging ! ) Whether we do one, or many of the endless tasks to achieve the common goals,  EVERY effort is useful, appreciated and needed to help better situations and lives of our Neighbors and persons that may end up near our door step in our community WE all can be proud to be part of this TEAM and look forward to working together to carry out the tasks that serves our community.
