Initial report was a car on fire.  As we travelled towards the scene, we were told that it was a pickup truck, and that the fire was out.

We treat all car fires the same... full scba, as the fumes from burning plastic and chemicals may kill you quickly.

Here we salvage the back of the truck.  The driver had done some quick thinking, and backed into the ditch and madly shovelled snow until it was out.

As always, traffic control is a priority. Ed has been with emergency services of some form or another for over 30 years.
