In August of this year Marsh Lake Fire Rescue waved a fond goodbye to Don and Pat Mackill, who moved down south to be closer to their kids.
Pat was on the Dispatch team with many calls to her credit, and Don was our number one Pumper operator.
As well as responding to emergencies, they displayed their steadfast nature by always having the emergency radio within reach and scheduling their lives around the Dispatcher availability challenge.
