There are 18 blue bins.
The bins fill quickly. I've heard estimates of 2 days and no room. So of course drop the garbage in front of bins for someone else to pick up.
And just to add to the airborne litter from ravens...leave the lid open after use.

On the plus side, the new pans are catching the runoff from liquid spills
(the pond of mystery ooze is gone). I can't figure out why someone would
throw several computers in shed.... did they think that there were liquids
inside them?
