Clubroom The Marsh Lake Community Society has been granted a Clubroom license from the Yukon Government. This very specific license is monitored by the Yukon Liquor Corporation under the Liquor Act of the Yukon. The license is a privilege and the Community Society is responsible for the stewardship of the Clubroom. Below are the rules the society has adopted for its operation. Some of these are requirements of the Liquor Act, and others are intended to reflect the interests of the community. You can download the rules here (pdf). For more information please visit the Yukon Liquor Corporation website. Finally here is a link to the Liquor Act - Clubs are discussed in section 49 (pp 31-32) |
